My age is 45.
I was suffering from heavy and prolonged bleeding.
Hence scan was conducted.
Scanning report: Two ovaries are clear. No fibroids in ovaries or uterus. The complaint is endometrium thickening ( 15mm) and minimal endometrium collection 5mm Myometrium normal. Cervix cyst size 13mm. Scanning is done after taking sysron- N tablets for five days to stop bleeding.

Brief Answer:
Need endometrial biopsy.
Detailed Answer:
Well, then this is endometrial hyperplasia.
You need to have an endometrial biopsy ( biopsy of the lining of the uterus ).
The final histopathology report will reveal the real issue.
Most cases of endometrial hyperplasia respond very well to cyclical doses of progesterone.
Please upload the scan images and report too if possible.

The information I provided above is my scanning report. In my case, I already mentioned about minimal endometrium collection of 5mm.
Will this lead to cervix cancer or uterus cancer?
Moreover, if I am taking sysron - N tablets, will my biopsy results be clear?
And one more question.
Is it safe for me to do light exercises such as walking?
Please answer my three questions with the information I have given with the previous message.

Brief Answer:
Uterine cancer is a rare possibility
Detailed Answer:
1. Cancer of the cervix is not related to this finding. It can be ruled out by regular Pap smears every 6 months.
Uterine cancer is a rare possibility.
Please have a biopsy done, and only in less than 1 % of cases, there is a risk of endometrial cancer.
2. Sysron tablets will not affect the biopsy report.
3. Walking is fine if the bleeding does not bother you.
Please understand that as a doctor I can gather much more information from the ultrasound scan actual report and images, rather than from typed out information.
Take care.
