Question: HI I am sending my all routine test reports .kindly suggest are they ok or i need to have some medication ..

I have gone through all the reports of the lab investigations.
The following parameters are noted and their remedies given along with:

High Triglycerides and VLDL levels :
Avoid oily foods and alcohol, take fruits and vegetables, Daily exercise, if no response after 3 months you should take Fibrates to reduce these Bad fats.

Low Vitamin D: Milk, eggs, you need Vit D3 supplementation

Low Vitamin B12: Milk, eggs, lean poultry and multi vitamins

The other results are within the normal acceptable ranges.

thx fr the feedback .as i am a marketing professional hence parties are part of ny working portfolio. Have i have to completly quit alchol or can be taken in moderate amont also pls suggest vitamin d3 and vitamin b suppliments to be taken and its dosage ..

But seeing my future health prospects i would like to be precise for my habits . For the same I have 2 questions :
1. What is ur definition of moderate alcohol consumption . Can u guide in quantative terms .

2. I have a tendency to accumulate fats over my waist(normally i gain most in waist area ) ,is it due to High Triglycerides and VLDL levels ..

As such there is no guidelines in terms of quality and quantity of alcohol which can not be harmful to human body.
Mind you alcohol has toxic effects on almost all the organs of our body.
Try to avoid it as long as you can, in certain situations like meetings, conferences, when it becomes difficult to resist you may take a little amount.

Regarding tendency to accumulate fat over the waist, excess of dietary fat which is not burnt or utilized gets accumulated in the fat cells like in waist line.
