What Do The Following Test Reports Indicate?

Question: Hi Doctor
My wife has just conceived. Today is 8th day from her due period date and so we went to Gynae today and she asked for few tests to be done. HCG Serum shows 3K however her Liver function tests are not normal. Hepatitis -ve, KFT normal, Hemoglobin normal. Please can you analyse the attached reprorts and advise what could be the probable reason for high SGOT, SGPT & GGT? Will it have any impact on baby and does she need to go for ultrasound or further test?
Thanks
Regards

Her last period was 3rd May. She has 30 day cycle and 5 day periods. thanks
Brief Answer:
Repeat test after 15 days
Detailed Answer:
There is nothing to worry dear as liver enzymes get slightly elevated in pregnancy and if not associated with raised bilirubin levels then no active treatment is needed.
Just get liver function tests repeated after 15 days and nothing else needs to be done.
All the best.

Thank you Dr XXXXXXX Some other tests have come up and she is not immune to Rubella. Please can you advise if she can get the rubella vaccination now? if not possible then what precautions we should take.
Also if we can't get her the vaccination now, can I take it so that atleast I don't pass her the virus? And by me taking rubella vaccination now, will it have any chance passing her the virus because of vaccination?
Also what diet we should follow for a healthy baby & any multivitamins she should take, please advise.
