Question: Microalbumin/Creatinine Ratio, Urine     17.2 ug/mg creat     0.0 - 30.0 ug/mg creat
Microalbumin, Urine     2.6 mg/dL     0.0 - 2.0 mg/dL
Creatinine, Urine     151 mg/dL     mg/dL
Glomerular Filtration Rate Estimate     >60 mL/min/1.73m2     mL/min/1.73m2

I am 59, female, white. Should I be concerned about these levels?

HI,

But for the microalbuminuria, everything is fine and there is nothing to worry about. If you are diabetic, then we will need to review your treatment and blood pressure. If you are not, I will suggest that you get the microalbuminuria controlled after 3months. This will tell us whether this is for real above the normal limit or it was just a one time observation.
