Brief Answer:
nothing to worry about

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

your tests are all negative which means that you haven't come into contact with any of these pathogens. This is the expected result for most tests. The type of contact leaves no serious doubt about your health. There is nothing to worry about. If you'd like (for your peace of mind that is) you can repeat the tests. A month later should be OK for most of them. Hepatitis B may have a longer incubation time but the serologic findings of its presence may become apparent earlier. In case you develop any symptoms you may have to repeat some of the tests even later. If I were you, I wouldn't worry!

Kind Regards!
