Brief Answer:
Non cardiac pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for query.
You are just 30 years old and your all baseline cardiac tests are normal.
Sensitivity of stress test and echo done together is about 90% to rule out cardiac disease.

Please answer
Do you have gastritis?
Acid peptic disorder?
Gas problem?
Anxiety issue?

Gastric and anxiety can mimic the nature of pain you are experiencing.

Have you ever tried an anti anxiety or proton pump inhibitor,

Brief Answer:
Its due to gastric cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again XXXXXXX
As suspected by me most likely your breathlessness and chest pain are related to gastritis and acid peptic problem.

I would suggest you to condult a Gastroenterologist on this forum for the same.

Rest assure its not cardiac.
Gastric pain often mimics cardiac pain.
You need a Gastroenterologist.

As of now you can take an antacid like pantoprazole 40 mg once daily bbf.

Thanks.

Thanks doctor for your suggestion.

Does gastric pain causes pain only on left side , or any other part because i do have pain only on the left side of my chest??

I am always afraid when i get chest pain i think i will get heart attack.
How to remove fear of such.I do prayanam and yoga.

But still my fear does not go.

Follow up answer.

Detailed Answer:
Hello there-
Pain can be on right or left or on both sides. It varies from patient to patient.
As 2d echo and stress test are negative and you are just 30 its not cardiac.
Second most common cause of left sided chest pain is acid peptic disorder or gastritis.
Issues related to anxiety are also increasing your problem.
You are getting obssesive about the thought that your pain is related to heart.Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is a mental health disorder that affects people of all ages and walks of life, and occurs when a person gets caught in a cycle of obsessions and compulsions. Obsessions are unwanted, intrusive thoughts, images or urges that trigger intensely distressing feelings.

I would recommend you to start SSRI's like Paroxetine initially at doses 25 mg once daily increased to doses of 50 mg (maintainance).

Thanks.
