What Do The Following Test Reports While Trying For Pregnancy Suggest?

Question: MALE FERTILITY ISSUE , i have gone for IVF twice and failed, now going again in august 2017, with my wife, this time doctors gave me ULTIMATE FERTILE PRO, i am using it for an year now, not much difference as i see, can u guys suggest a better treatment for me?, or a better sperm counts boosting drug?, or shall i go for IVF again or not?

my blood work is all in normal range , LSH FSH TESTOTERONE, all are in normal range

From the history i understand that there is an issue with your sperm.Detailed semen report is not available.
You are taking an antioxidant since 1 year.
I don't think, any other antioxidant will help and any role of it more than 3 sperm cycle.
Get a check up with an XXXXXXX or urologist for correctable causes like varicocele ,infections or hormonal issues.
If everything is normal I recommend IVF as early as possible.

Still am not aware of your semen analysis. If it is very bad DONOR IUI may be next option.
