Brief Answer:
You need Statins and lifestyle modifications

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
I have reviewed your reports.
Following are the main issues:
1. Dyslipidemia.
2. Raised Cardiac prognostic factors like HsCRP.
3. Vitamin D deficiency.
4. High uric acid levels.
So first of all I must say that your doctor has started you on right treatment with Statins that is warranted with this level of high cholesterol levels with rise in the markers which are known to have cardiac significance.
For high uric acid you don't require any treatment with medicines.
You should start exercise ASAP and take low fat diet.
In case you take alcohol you have to stop it completely.
Get your BP checked and an ECG done
You may take Vitamin D supplement for thr purpose of Vitamin D deficiency.
I hope it helps.
If you have any further query, please ask me.

Do cardio exercises.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
You should start doing cardio exercises that includes mostly, jogging and running.
For Anti CCP positivity, get the test repeated once again from another authentic laboratory like Dr Lal Path labs or SRL Ranbaxy.
I really don't know about XXXXXXX XXXXXXX clinic. You have to check that from the local public, who have joined that.
