Brief Answer:
It signifies Renal Paranchymal Disease

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .based on the blood report of our son his Serum Creatinine of 6.5(Normal value being 0.8 to 1.2) and Blood urea of 149 (Normal value being 35-50 mg%) strongly suggest that he has renal paranchymal disease .

Urea and creatinine are the end products of protein metabolism in the body and these waste products are eliminated from the body by the kidney via urine .Any raised levels of these products in the blood suggest renal failure (Damaged Renal Function) and needs to be investigated further .

Consult qualified Nephrologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Serum Proteins and Total 24 hours excretion of proteins in urine

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.
Dr.Patil.
