                                    Brief Answer:
Do not worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have gone through your report. It is suggestive of infective gastrointestinal infection most likely due to parasitic infestation. Do not worry. It can be easily treated by the following medications:
1. A 7 day course of Syrup. Metronidazole as per his weight.
2. Short course of Sup. Cefixime for 3 days.
3. Ensure regular breastfeeding for maintaining hydration. If on formula milk then ensure proper dilution and hygiene.
4. Also, start a probiotic such as enterogermina and zinc supplement such as Zinconia.
Hopefully this will be of help.
Take care

                                    Dear Dr. XXXXXXX Mam,
Thank you so much for your revert. But can we know the reason for Infection ? why its happening ? baby is 3 Month only & only on Breast Milk still why infection. Please also suggest precaution for future.
Baby takes / puts her hand frequently that why the infection happening ? or its because of mother Food habit change ?
Please reply above in details
Warm Regards,

                                    Brief Answer:
It can occur from unhygienic surroundings and hands
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I understand your concerns. Most likely mode of transmission at this age is unhygienic surrounding, hands of caregiver or hands of baby itself. The chances are minimal in exclusive breastfeeding. But if water or any pacifiers are being offered (which should not be given before 6 months of age) then they can also lead to such infections.
Mothers food habits can not be blamed for it.
