                                    Brief Answer:
You urine test report is fine and your symptoms too are not a worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Color of urine and semen can vary according to the ambient weather and body hydration condition. I suggest you to increase your water Intake.
Altered olfactory sensation can also happen during recovery from a viral illness and it should resolve over time.
Movement in testicles is due to involuntary contractions of the Dartos muscle lining the scrotal sac and are absolutely normal. If you have recently got aware about those involuntary contractions you may have found them to be abnormal but in fact they are absolutely normal!!
You urine report too seems fine to me. Just a few pus cells and yeast does not suggest any urine infection specially if there is no fever or pain while passing urine.
Regards

Take a urinary analgesic
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
You can take a urinary analgesic e.g Syp Citralka, 2tsf, three times daily with a full glass of water. This would help relieve any weird sensation along urethra.
Regards
