Brief Answer:
Go for FNAC if size of the lymph node increases

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your question, reports of your wife and understand your worry and concern and it suggest that all the reports are within normal limit except the ESR.

I would like to suggest that your wife may go for FNAC of the cervical swelling if the size and or number of the cervical lymph node increasing.

I would like to reassure you that there is no need to worry if the size of lymph node is decreasing.

However, for better and sooner diagnosis, I would like to suggest that consult with your ENT specialist for oropharyngeal examination.

Brief Answer:
It suggest that tubercular lymphadenitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your attached reports, and they suggest that most probably your wife may be suffering from the tubercular lymphadenitis but confirmation may be due to the FNAC report or if she needed may go for the biopsy.

No need to start Tablet hifinac , better to wait for the FNAC report.
