What Do These CT Scan And Ultrasound Reports Of Right Side Indicate?

normal gallbladder
poor visualization of pancreas
hyperechoic hepatic abnormalities likely to reflect hemangiomas. If further evaluation is necessary, MRI is recommended
after this, the doctor had me do a petscan of my lung, and that ended up being normal. But a few days after that I started feeling stabbing pain on the right side of my torso, right under the rib cage. This lasted for a day or two and has stopped for now. Right now I feel very subtle pain on the right side of my stomach. I'm wondering if I should take this any farther. The doctor said that everything is probably normal(this was a lung doctor), but he gave me the choice of seeing a liver doctor and doing an mri of my liver. any suggestions based on the finding and symptoms would be great, thanks!
