What Is The Cause Of Appetite Loss, Headache, Stomach Rumbling, Burping And Cough?

For 2 and half weeks I've had a coating in my stomach can't eat feel very hungary but loose intrest in food. My stomach rumbles so loud (not from hunger)have headaches,cough,chills mild and light headed,I just forced my self to puke now I'm burping up a rotten egg smell what's wrong with me?

UPPER GASTROINTESTINAL ENDOSCOPY: To document severity of gastritis/Duodenitis and also to rule Out H Pylori infection
1. Taking Combination Of Pantoprozole with Domperidone will definitely provide you the much needed relief.
2. Avoid Spicy and oily foods
3. Eat small quantity frequent meals
4. Avoid tea/coffee/alcohol/carbonated beverages
5. Consume high fiber diet
6. Consume plenty of oral fluids
