Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

Your ECG reports indicate an atrioventricular block grade I. This is a mild type of conduction disorder, which usually is not symptomatic (it is encountered casually in routine check ups with ECG).

Could you upload your ECG for me to review and give my professional opinion?

Coming to this point an ambulatory 24-48 hours ECG monitoring would be necessary to investigate for any possible higher grade conduction block, which may be present during the day.

Meanwhile, I would also advise you to closely monitor your blood pressure different times during the day in sitting and standing up position, to rule in/out possible low blood pressure which could explain your syncope episodes.

A head up tilt tests would be needed to exclude possible orthostatic hypotension.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to ask me.

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
