Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXX
Thanks for writing to HCM
It is important to know detail clinical history of the patient and reason for visiting the hospital.
ST elevation,Low voltage and long QT interval can be interpreted from the ECG stripe.
ST elevation may be due to acute cardiac ischemia.
Low voltage ECG may be due to many factors like Obesity,COPD,
pericardial effusion,severe
hypothyroidism,massive myocardial damage/
infarction etc.so,all the factors should be considered.
Also, prolonged Q-T interval may be genetic or may be due to various drugs like certain antibiotics, antidepressants, antihistamines, diuretics, heart medications, cholesterol-lowering drugs, diabetes medications, some antifungal and
antipsychotic drugs.
Prolonged Q-T interval may be asymptomatic or it may cause various complications like
arrhythmia,so it should be properly evaluated.
Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
