Question: I had an MRI of the brain and an ultrasound of the carotid artery these are the report conclusions;
MRI: Minimal microvascular ischemic disease. Otherwise unremarkable study.
Ultrasound: Mild atherosclerotic changes carotid bulbs without significant
stenosis. Bilateral antegrade vertebral arterial flow.
This should cause me no concern, correct?

Brief Answer:
These results are not of much concern.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist, here to answer your query.

Minimal microvascular ischemic changes along with mild atherosclerotic changes in carotid bulbs, are common at your age. They are not a cause of concern, however, prophylactic antiplatelet and statin medicines may be started to decrease the risk of future stroke.

Hope that helps. If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.

Brief Answer:
For how long did the vision loss last?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for being in follow-up.

I would like to know the further details as-
1)How many times you had vision loss and how long did it last?
2)I need to know some details of hand shaking-What is its frequency?Does it shake at rest or while doing something?--Hand shaking may be a part of neuropathy as well, and at the same time may be a manifestation of other disorders.I would appreciate if you can make and upload a video of your hand shaking,, as that will help me to analyse it better.

I shall be glad to have you in follow-up with details so that I can answer it well further.
