Brief Answer:
You need certain life style changes.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXX, Hi
Thanks for your reply.
Since alcohol has been one of the most common causes of liver injury (which is reflected in raised liver enzymes in your case), I would advise you the following:
1. Avoid taking alcohol or alcohol containing beverages
2. Avoid smoking as smoking can also be responsible for the liver injury
3. Eat home cooked food. Avoid fatty veg/non-veg meals.
4. Take plenty of fruits, fruit juices and vegetables
5. Do regular exercise
6. Get an abdominal ultrasound scan done to find the extent of liver injury or disease
Hope the suggestions given above could be useful.
Best regards.
