Hi and thank you for asking on HCM!

I read carefully all your concerns , medical reports and I can say as follows:
1. You are reporting to have had moderately elevated of SGPT level and mildly elevated of SGOT level.

Liver panel may be elevated due to :
- chronic liver viral infection like hepatitis B or C
- fatty liver
- toxicity from drugs or other sources
2. This is why to my opinion you need to do :
- HbsAg
- Anti HCV
- abdominal ultrasound
3. I noticed too that you have high level of barium. I would like to know what is your profession ( is your profession related with contaminated area or toxicity?).
Regarding this issue I would reccomend to discuss it with a toxicologist specialist.

Hope it was helpful to you!

Thanks for your response. i will complete the test recommended by you. I do have the fatty liver. What diet precautions, i should be taking. You might have noticed that my CRP level has also increased. Can you please look and suggest if there is any further care need to be taken. Since last month, i have increased my exercise level and doing 1 hour daily walk in the morning and 1 hour in the evening. Is that impact any thing. I do have body pains since then.

My profession is IT and I work in the office. I was in Australia since 4 years but recently moved to XXXXXXX last month. I don't think that toxicity has been caused in a such short span of time.
