What Do These TSH And T4 Levels Indicate?
Question: I am taking thyronorm 150 mg for thyroid disorder.6yrs. Now my TSH is .21 and t4 is 13
Should i continue same power or should i change medication dosage.my age is 47 and i am female.

Welcome to HCM. I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Once on treatment the target TSH is usually kept between 0.5 and 4 miu/ml at your age. So now the TSH is below this target and you need to decrease the dose. In a similar case I would have decreased the dose to 125 mcg of thyronorm per day and repeated the TSH after 2-3 months.
