Question : sir,yesterday i took usg whole abdomen ,it shows gaseous mild probe tenderness present in RIF ,otherwise all organs shows normal.next step what i do?

Your USG findings suggests mild probe tenderness in RIF.
It is generally a non-specific benign finding.
It may be due to colitis etc.You are empirically prescribed right antibiotics.
Your findings also need clinical correlation.
Symptoms are expected to improve with antibiotics,if symptoms persists then you may need repeat ultrasound.
At present,I suggest to take antibiotics only.
Other findings are normal.
