What Do These X-ray Findings Indicate?

Question: can anyone explain me all these three x ray reports
I had just completed my anti tubercular lymphadentis six months course
the x ray dates are 11/11/2016 and 1/2/2017 ,29/4/2017?

sir from starting of my treatment. I have no symptoms of cough fever or anything my CBC ESR everything was normal, only had swallow lymph node in neck which regressed fully ,and was physically checked by my physician

That white patch visible x ray dated 1/2/2017 and x ray dated : 29/04/2017 are almost same or there is any difference
