No, these ABG values are not normal.
Patient is having metabolic alkalosis with respiratory compensation.
So patient needs treatment for this.
First we have to rule out technical errors like sampling errors.
Some times arterial sample is not from the artery and it is from vein. Than interpretation my very.
So better to consult good doctor and discuss about this report.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.

Thanks for your follow up question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
High sugars, high lactic acid and ketones in urine are suggestive of diabetic ketoacidosis.
And diabetic ketoacidosis is an emergency. Patient needs urgent treatment in the form of intravenous fluids, intravenous insulin infusion, antibiotics etc.
For all these hospitalization is required.
Can you tell me exact values of your ABG report, so that I can tell you about severity of the disease.

Brief Answer:
Are you having any renal disease?

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Health Care Magic.
Your total co2 is not high. It is low. It is actually compensation for metabolic alkalosis.
CO 2 is basically acidic in nature. So to compensate your high bicarbonate, body tries to lower carbon dioxide and for this patient has to breath fast. And so you are having breathlessness (high respiratory rate).
So your basic problem is metabolic alkalosis. Renal (kidney related) diseases are most common causes for alkalosis.
And uncontrolled diabetes also causes renal disease.
So please let me know
1. Are you having renal disease?
2. Have you checked for your renal function test?
3. How many times you go for urination in a day?
Please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you better.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
You are definitely having renal disease due to diabetes.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Health Care Magic. I can understand your concern.
By your ABG report, high ketones and blood in urine suggest renal disease more.
And diabetic patients are known to have renal disease.
You are an ideal patient and medically needs treatment. I don't know why they are not giving you treatment.
These metabolic abnormalities must be corrected rapidly.
You are staying at which place? Which type of doctor you are consulting at present?
Please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you better.
