What Do These Blood And Urine Analysis Reports Indicate?
Question: Sir, I keep getting urinary track infection. I was diagnosed with Gall Bladder stone which i have not got removed. I have taken blood and urine test upteeth no of times. my blood test of march 15 is as under

Bacilli 10/hpf
Please help me. I have fever almost continuously.

Hi,
Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
It seems you have recurrent urinary tract infections(UTI) ,not uncommon in females.
Present episode is also likely due to UTI. Do you have burning sensation in micturition apart from fever?
You have to send urine for culture and sensitivity test immediately. Repeat your complete blood count (CBC),peripheral smear for malaria parasite and urine routine examination for basic work-up of fever. Your march 2015 blood and urine report will not help now.
You can continue Tablet Norflox 400 mg twice daily and for fever tablet paracetamol or combination like ultracet as you have already started and wait for culture & sensitivity reports.Please let me know also CBC,MP and urine report as it is available
