Question: I had a blood and urine test. Please find the report in attachment.

I wanted to know about the conclusion on report results and any suggestion/advice.

Thanks for replying.
1) As they are risk of heart disease in future, what are the precautions and corrective measure should i take to avoid risk.
2) Can I take GemCal capsules for Calcium supplements and D-rise XXXXXXX for for vitamin D?

1. Risk of heart disease is there in everyone just like risk of getting hurt when playing a game. Your reports are good and continue a healthy lifestyle. Once you cross 35 years age then get annual health check done every year

2. You can take GemCal and D-rise for calcium and Vitamin D deficiency respectively.
