What Do These Blood Glucose Levels During 27 Weeks Of Pregnancy Indicate?

Question: Hi there
just received my results for the 3 hour glucose test as I am at week 27 of my pregnancy. They are the below:
starting: 89
1 hour: 141
2 hour: 195
3 hour: 184
The 1 hour glucose test I got 162 which is why i had to do the 3 hour test. So I'm a little confused as to why my results for the 3 hour test goes from 141 to 195 and down to 184.
My previous pregnancy from 2 years ago, my results were:
starting: 83
1 hour: 156
2 hour: 149
3 hour: 137
Should i request to have the test done again?

Brief Answer:
the criteria for gestational diabetes are fulfilled
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
your test revealed two values out of range, so the gestational diabetes diagnosis has been established. It's indeed strange that the 1 hour value is lower than the 2 hour value but the last couple of values are out of range anyway. Taking into account the fact that your glucose control is going to get worse over the next weeks, you'd better watch your blood sugar closely with frequent daily measurements. 1 hour after each meal (particularly during the morning hours) is the best time to check your blood sugar. The fasting values are important as well. The daily measurements would be more helpful than the oral glucose tolerance test.
Kind Regards!
