Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX You are 32 years old, and from your reports, you do seem to have a raised WBC count, Triglycerides, SGOT, SGPT (liver enzymes), borderline Glycoselated Haemoglobin, diffuse fatty liver, and B12 above normal limits.I think it is time for a complete overhaul of your system. You should definitely seek help for de-addiction of smoking and alcohol, exercise to be increased gradually, medication for raised triglycerides, stop B-12 tablets if any, and go in for a strict diet. Avoid sweets, sugar, white rice, potatoes, maida products, bakery products, fried, red meat. Take plenty of greens--cooked and raw, sprouts, non sweet fruits (avoid bananas, sitaphal, mangoes, grapes and chickoos), all dals, whole wheat, and low fat milk and curds. Fortunately all your problems are reversible, so start acting. Please revert back if you have further questions. Regards.
