Brief Answer:
Reports look normal
Detailed Answer:
Your blood reports are fine for your age and risk profile. As you are hypertension patient, ECG is likely to show lLVH. And as your echo has come normal, there is no reason to be concerned.
You have to continue your medicines for blood pressure and it's good medicine.
In my opinion no other tests are required.
Hope I have answered your question.

What is meaning of borderline ecg in my case?
Brief Answer:
That is computer coding only
Detailed Answer:
That doesn't carry any real meaning or significance. computer interpretation is based on algorithms and when they qualify all criteria then interpreted as abnormal and in other cases where some criteria are met for abnormality but others are normal it will be reported as borderline. and they need to be cleared by physician review or further testing like echo.
