Brief Answer:
Your reports are normal, please provide more information

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
I had gone through your reports very diligently and I appreciate your concern
Your reports are absolutely normal However I would like further information fro better assessment of the condition
What all symptoms have you been experiencing during an episode of common clod/ flu like fever, running nose or sore throat or cough?
Do you smoke?
How's your appetite during the episode

You need not to think about cancer or anything serious, your report is normal, total WBC count and ESR report is normal and variations in differential count might be related to viral infection

In my opinion you should take multivitamin and vitamin C supplements to boost your immunity
Have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables
Avoid temperature and climate variation like using AC or use of more cold drinks
You should do gargling with warm saline water or antiseptic mouth wash during an episode.

Please write back to me with these details so that I will be able to tell you more accurately
Best wishes

thank you Dr for the response and gives me a piece of mind.

First symptoms used to be appear like throat block and it will appear flu like symptoms like feeling little high temperature but when i measure the temperature seems to be normal and sometimes i feel nose blockage but no running nose.

My appetite is normal and digestion is normal as well. I do physical activity and sleep most of the days for 7 hours.

What i do take to increase the wbc count?

Brief Answer:
Please consider these guidelines

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome again and thanks for the details
Looking at your detailed description and blood reports, sore throat and nasal blockage might be related to allergic reaction or viral infection.

Since your blood reports are normal, your WBC count is within normal range so you need not to worry about this.

In my opinion you should do gargling with warm saline water or antiseptic mouthwash
you can use decongestant nasal drops or spray.
you should take multivitamin and vitamin C supplements.

Hope this helps you
Best wishes
