Question: Hello
I have a Full blood count home blood test done and results showed high in many areas.
So, I repeated test again less than 1 week later. Again, some of the results are high, but in fact it's switched to different things??? Can this be even possible?

I will attach both and you can tell me what's going on here.

Brief Answer:
It can be seen in dehydration.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Your second report suggest very high hemoglobin and hematocrit. It can be seen in dehydration or hrmoconcentration.

Your previous report suggest high mcv, high mch . It can be due to vitamin B12 deficiency.

Your bilirubin is also high.

Rest all reports are almost normal.

Please tell me your symptoms so that I can help you further.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer.

Wish you a very good health.

Hi, thanks for reply.
Main symptoms:
Rigid nails, few grey hairs, I do have autoimmune vitiligo since I was 15. Low sex drive (improving since supplementing with zinc) acne (gone mostly since using zinc), mixed sleep patterns, tiredness, fatigue, thinking bad at times.
Since supplementing with Vitamin B complex for about a year, my mcv has gone from 100 now down to 93, which I think shows Vitamin b has something to do with it? And zinc has helped with some things since starting 3 weeks ago.
I am seeing a dr in 1 hour too. So i await your reply.

Brief Answer:
its nutritional deficiency. Nothing to worry much about that.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your hemoglobin and hematocrit ia high in second test. But you don't have fever so it can be due to dehydration. Don't worry about that. Just be relaxed.

Your previous report suggest high mcv and your symptoms are also suggestive of vitamin B12 and zink deficiency.

You should continue multivitamin and zink tablets. Take proper nutritional diet. Green leafy vegetables, milk dryfruits etc. If you are non vegetarian then egg, meat efc can be taken.

Avoid alcohol and smoking.

No need to worry. Just be relaxed.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
