What Do These Blood Sugar Levels Indicate?
Question: I have recently noticed my blood sugar levels are above the normal range. Got my tests done .
Fasting Blood Sugar Levels - 134
Postprandial Blood sugar level - 176
Diabetes Screen test Hba1c - 7.3 %
My Height - 175 cms
My weight - 66
Please advise on the possible reasons for this at this age as I am not obese. Also how do I control this.
Family Background : My mother has diabetes (in control) which she got only after 60 years.
