Thanks for the efforts to upload the lab reports. I have thoroughly reviewed all of them and congratulations that you are perfectly alright and doing really well. Your blood work is unremarkably normal. There is a minutely low concentration value of the hematocrit and that is insignificant. Another is a change in Neutrophils % that may be bothering you. But let me assure you that it is really insignificant change and there is absolutely no need to do anything for that.

Such kind of normal variations are very common and happens to come up on almost everyone's blood reports.

What you have to do is keep a balanced healthy diet and keep a physical activity too.

I can help you out by writing down a list of best available foods that may boost your immunity and will keep your metabolism much better.

Immunity Booster foods good for you to remain healthy for longer are:-
Citrus
Red Bell Peppers
Broccoli
Garlic
Ginger
spinach
almonds
Yogurt
Cashew
Turmeric
Green Tea
berries
citrus fruits
kiwi
apples
red grapes XXXXXXX
onions
spinach
sweet potatoes
carrots
Old fashioned chicken soups
Shiitake Mushroom

These foods have got miraculous effects on health and I have a wide variety of experience on observing improvements in my patients. Most of my patients name them as the magic foods.

Hope I answered all of your questions. Let me know if you have further clinical concerns or doubts. I will be more than happy to get back to you with expert opinion. Thank you very much for your reply. My greatest concerns were:
1) the total cholesterol of 342, and
2) the cardiac risk of 8.8. Is that out of 10?
3) total iron: 180

I will increase my physical activities and start to include some of the fruits/vegetables in your list.

Thank you Dr. Hanif !
I will definitely give you a 5 star rating upon closing this discussion.

Brief Answer:
Your Lipid profile is deranged and is controllable by lifestyle changes.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back with the follow up. I am here to reply your query.

Yes, you have deranged lipid profile and need to change your lifestyle to lower the levels to fit in the normal ranges. I usually don't start (as it is recommended) lipid lowering drugs as Statins in the start of the high cholesterol. First of all we have to give a trial through diet and changes in activity.

You need to take more vegetables, salads and fruits and avoid fatty and fried foods. No fast and junk foods, processed red meat, beverages and extra sugar and salts.

Take citrucel dietary fiber supplement and plenty of water.

Keep a regular physical activity and remain active at a healthy pace. It will lead to better results and the lipids will come back to normal with time. Also the cardiac risk index will be down once you get your lipids normal.

Cardiac coronary artery disease risk ratio is not out of 10 value. It is actually an estimate of how likely is that a person can get a heart disease, on the basis of lipid profile results (mainly the values of total cholesterol and the HDL levels). For a person to get heart disease, there are many other factors involved too like Age, Gender, Smoking and Alcohol consumption, obesity, family history, Body mass index, Genetic predisposition, diabetes etc.

How your level came out to be 8.8 is that we divide the Total cholesterol (yours 342) to the HDL levels (39) = 8.769 that roughly makes 8.8. It is always desirable to be as low as possible by keeping the cholesterol in normal limits. I give you a scenario that by either changing the lifestyle or through Lifestyle change+Statin medicine usage, if you take your blood total cholesterol to 298 mg/dL and HDL to 49 mg/dL; then your Coronary risk will be 6.0 and this will be a good index and you will be at a lower risk for coronary artery disease (CAD) if we keep rest of the risk factors like genetics and diabetes constant.

So keep your weight according to your height and age in limits and keep a control on your diet (quality and quantity).

Regarding your Iron levels, as that is in the higher normal limits, we need some more Iron studies from the Laboratory to see if there is something wrong or it is a normal variation. So I suggest you to go for a blood test for:
TIBC/Transferrin levels.
UIBC     Levels.
%Transferrin Saturation.
Ferritin Levels in serum.
