What Do These Blood Test Results Indicate?

Question: My sister-in-law has had something going on for four months. Her chest x-ray was negative. Conducted pulmonary test for COPD and Asthma. She was prescribed medication for asthma. Blood test revealed LOW CHOLESTEROL & WHITE BLOOD COUNT. She doesn't ever feel well and is very fatigued all of the time.
Any suggestions?

They tell me almost nothing about her clinical symptoms.
Except fatigue.
I therefore request you to tell me more about her symptoms, how they started, when they started and whats the current status.
Also medication history would help
