My routine checkup shows (only abnormal ones I mention here). Could you pls provide your analysis/suggestion? I am 44 years Male. Currently I am experiencing tiredness and dizziness for last 2 weeks and BP is found low between 90/57 and 110/60. My appetite and sleep normal. I am feeling acidic (burning sensation in abdomen and chest).

rule out liver and gall bladder pathology
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for query.
I understand your concern. You alkaline phophatase and SGPT are on higher side.
It can be due to gall stones, bileduct obstruction and hepatitis. As you already have dizziness, fatigue, need to rule out liver diseases.
High Lymphocytes reveal infection in body.
Your Triglycerides are marginally high, so go for regular walking, drink plenty of fluids, avoid fatty diet, carbonated drinks.
You can continue with calcium supplements like calcimax D once daily for 2 months.
Only with these reports you can't come to a conclusion.
Get an Ultrasound abdomen done to rule out liver and gall bladder issues
All other tests are normal, you can even ignore RBC levels.
I need more information.
Do you take alcohol? if yes,how often.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for follow up.
I am sorry for delay.Your reports are normal, except USG abdomen which indicates fatty liver. Fatty liver can happen in most of the individuals who take high fatty diet, red meat and junk. As your HBSAg and HCV are normal, you can just relax. Your BP reading are fine, just ignore them.
You can continue with calcium supplements that has been prescribed by you doctor. Your tiredness and dizziness is because of vitamin-D deficiency.
sun exposure for 30mins during evening can be useful.
Drink plenty of fluids daily at least 4-5litrs per day.
Avoid Red meat, junk, high fatty diets, carbonated drinks.
Take leafy greens, boiled vegetables and fruits.
Get back if any query.

But, my tiredness & dizziness is increasing day by day. Although I am eating well and having about 8 hours sleep in the night, I feel like I want to eat and sleep every now & then. I do not even have much stress nowadays. I want to get out of this situation as soon as possible. Please let me know if I need any more tests to be done. I am going to visit a gastro enterologist coming saturday for the fatty liver.

Hi,
Thank you for follow up.
I understand your situation, but people with vitamin D deficiency commonly have dizziness and weakness. To come out of this situation you need at least 3 months, because Vitamin d levels take time to increase once you start on taking medications..
Take your calcium supplements regularly. As you are really worried you can even start taking sesame powder daily 1 spoon which shoots up Vitamin D levels faster.
Get back if any query.
