1)post surgical changes involving the maxillary antra bilaterally!
2)polyploid mucosal thinking seen thoughtout the paranasal sinuses compatible with chronic sinusitis!
3) small amount of fluid present within the maxillary antra, ethmoid air cells, and frontal sinuses and compatible with a component of acute sinusitis.
Steam inhalation should provide relief.

The Chest CT scan indicates pneumonic changes which could be caused due to a lower respiratory tract infection. Treatment with antibiotics would be advisable.
The CT Sinus indicates acute on chronic sinusitis which is likely to be due to upper respiratory tract infection. Steam inhalation should help. Water in form of vapor will reach deep inside and would help in the opening up of the mucus plugs that could be blocking the outlet of the sinuses. You also need to take some antiallergic like cetirizine once daily.
