Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Diffuse cerebral atrophy at this age is unlikely.
Disc disease and degeneration is also age related or due to injury.
Disc prolapse will improve with physiotherapy.
The blood investigation are important to look for causes of cerebral atrophy.
Please upload report when available.
Are you having any other symptoms like memory impairment?
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Thanks alot Sir for the reply.
My sister is having the mentioned issue.
She had a very minor accident 2-3 yrs ago, with a very minor injury, and for sure no injury for the head. It was a minor injury on the right leg. She never had any head injury.
Except for the pain due to the disc prolapse, she never had any memory issues nor anything related to brain. She is quite normal and active.
We are very much shocked seeing the brain MRI report.
Hence, they have done the other blood tests for confirmation.
I will upload the pending reports as soon as they are available.
Thanks,
XXXX.
