Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!.
I read your query and understood your concerns.

The results show an inferior wall infarction (fixed mild to moderate feeling defect) an a reversible ischemia zone around the infarction area (moderate to sever reversible defect on the inferior wall).

These dindings shows a central infarction zone surrounded by a larger zone of ischemia. The first zone (infarction zone) will not profit from angiography and coronary intervention (stenting or bypass surgery). The second zone which surrond the infarct zone (reversible ischemic zone) will profit from angiography and coronary intervention.

As you can see you should wait for angiography and coronary intervention. Till then you should continue with medical treatment (including statins, aspirin beta blockers and nitroglycerin).

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
