Brief Answer:
The chest x ray of April nearly normal

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again in HCM

Its doctor Jolanda

I am glad to hear you again and i hope you are doing well

I have evaluate carefully the three of chest x rays you have attached.

Even though the images are not the best i can explain them to you as follows:

1. The chest x ray of November is the first when you have started the treatment and we can see bilateral hilar adenopathy

2.The second of February persist the adenopathy but it is moderate (which means reduced)
3.The third of April i can say that its hard to see adenopathy,i can say nearly normal

However the best choice to detect adenopathy is chest CT.

In my opinion you do not need to do further but it is your treating doctor that knows better your clinical picture of the diseases.

Hope to have been helpful for you

Regards

Dr.Jolanda

Brief Answer:
You should stop them

Detailed Answer:
Hi

You have already completed the 6 month regimen of treatment with tb drugs.

Usually this is the normal dose .

If you do not have signs and symptoms any more (cough, night sweat, fatigue, anorexia) and the adenopathy is completely regressed than you should stop the treatment.

In my opinion you should stop them

Be careful to do a healthy lifestyle,no smoking no alchohol good sleep and a healthy diet.

Wishes

Dr.Jolanda

Brief Answer:
Artefacts

Detailed Answer:
Hi

You can take them with your desire but i do not recommend them to you.

Please think about it.

Those patches we called artefacts (which means the from the light that has crossed the chest x ray in the moment of photo)

This is the reason i told you above that the images are not the best.

Hope to have been helpful

Brief Answer:
No more than one month

Detailed Answer:
Hi

The last chest x ray is nearly normal

I say nearly because because of the artefacts that are seen in them.

Ok take them no more than one month

Be careful

Madam my physician After my request told to take maximum for one month thats it. I am always confusing between x ray dated 1/2/2017 and 29/04/2017 ,is there any vast difference

Madam for curiosity you told there is difference between Feb x ray and April but if we compare both looks alike almost but how can we conclude that the medicines between Feb to April worked

Brief Answer:
A positive sign

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Yes there is a little difference (a positive one) between the second and the last chest x ray, which means that the last one is normal now.

This is the most important sign that shows to us (doctors) that the treatment has worked and you are completely cured now.

Regards

Dr.Jolanda

Brief Answer:
