Brief Answer:
Very deranged glucose tolerance test
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for trusting health care magic.
This is not a rosy picture at all.
The basic problem is gestational diabetes which is reflected by the deranged GCT which is grossly bad.
This high blood sugar is causing urine infection reflected by pus cells in urine and the vaginal infection as per the itching symptoms.
She needs to be on a diabetic diet and need to visit your gynaecologist at the earliest.
Do regular blood sugar monitoring and takes lot of water.
Vaginal pessary of clotrimazole for vaginal infection and monurol XXXXXXX for tribe infection after discussing with your gynaecologist.
All the best

Thanks Doctor for your reply.
We have taken appointment with doctor for day after tomorrow.
What shall she eat for diabetic diet and what food/fruits to avoid? Pls suggest.
We are scared after reading your reply. Is it a matter of very much concern or is it common during pregnancy?
Also, you haven't commented anything about TSH ans Haemoglobin. Pls suggest if these 2 things are ok?
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Precautions advised
Detailed Answer:
I never wanted to scare you but it is not common to have this high reading and in general the incidence of diabetes in pregnancy is 5-7%.
You should omit Sugar, potato and rice from diet.
Avoid chikoo, Kiwi, grapes, banana and XXXXXXX
Take a lot of water, toned milk and salads.
TSH should ideally be less than 2.5 and thus you need thyroxine tablet 25 ug along with good healthy diet to maintain hemoglobin above 10 grams at least.
Visit your gynaecologist and discuss all these issues and till then take all the precautions and do fasting blood glucose levels and 2-hour post meal levels of blood sugar for tomorrow after each meal.
Take care of fetal movements and let's hope for the best
