Brief Answer:
I think what you have is metabolic syndrome or pre-Diabetes

Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome to HCM,
I think what you have is metabolic syndrome or pre-Diabetes
Your vitamin D is very low--4.49
SGOT and SGPT are raised
Lipids are high
uric acid is in the border
HbA1c is in the border--5.8%
Blood counts are normal
Please check your Blood pressure--it may be in the border or high.
What you need to do is go on a good exercise program, do a sonography to rule out fatty liver.
Please also take vitamin D supplements.
Also go on a strict diet with low fats, low sugar and no sweets to correct your metabolic syndrome and avoid future Diabetes.
