
What Do These Following Blood Test And Ultrasound Scan Reports Indicate?

Question: Please help I am trying to conceive naturally. I am using a clearblue fertility monitor but it only ever shows high fertility and not peak. I have had blood test and an ultrasound scan done please find reports attached. 2nd scan I had shows the cyst has resolved. Do you see I can conceive naturally I am worried sick I will be a mum

I have got really severe pain getting worse in pubic region its all across and not left or right sided. I feel really sick and it is extremely painful when I cough. It doesnt hurt to pass water but I seem to be going more frequently. It hurts when I pass stools and feel like a knife is being stabbed through my intimate region.
