What Do These Following Lab Reports Indicate?

Question: hi sir how are you hope u remmber me :)

sir my lft reports are good ..

i want to ask for 3 years my hbsag is negative

for 4 months i am keeping track

the report comes as

Anti HBS     4.2     <10.00 ( non reactive )
HBsAG     0     <0.05 ( non reactive)

Anti hbc      12.19     >=1.0 ( reactive )

what does this mean

All you test reports were normal except that of Anti HBc. your liver is in a good condition and you are free from Hepatitis B. As the other liver parameters are normal, the positive Anti HBc indicates a resolved or past Hepatitis B infection. There is no active hepatitis b infection in your body. S everything is going well. Good morning dear sir .. Thx for the reply ..sir another question , how will the anti hbs value go up ? Does need to or i already have developed anti bodys to hbv ? Currently i am on 5 mg prednisalone and 50 mg immuran and 300 mg tenvir ! Which i take daily woth ouut fail anf i dont drink ar all never have !

The antibody value may vary person to person according to the individual body responds to the antigen. Certain individuals react vehemently against certain antigen whereas others are not so. But it did not directly proportionate to the severity of the disease anyway.
