What Do These Following Lab Reports Indicate?
Question: I am having a lot of issues with my blood counts. For years, my RBC has been
very low along with my absolute monocytes. My MCV and MCH have been high and my
MCHC is right at 32. My Cl is high and my CO is low and I have had issues with
my platelet count being low at times as well. My b12 is high and so is my Folate
level and my Ferritin is normal. I just got checked for erythrocyte
Protoporphyrine and it is at 75, the Hexacarboxyporphyrin is below the
reportable range, and I am positive for the H63D mutation. My SED rate always
used to run about 22 and now it has been tested twice and the result is 1., I
also have a pretty low WBC. I have a severe sinus infection, enlarged
adenoids,degenerative disc disease in lumbar and cervical, c5/6 radiculopathy
,scoliosis, whole body atrophy and 3 bulging discs. I also have many lesions on
my brain that really no one can figure out; possible my chronic infractory
migraines (a large cluster in my right parietal lobe as well). All of my
radiologist reports state MS, because I have T2 hypertenintensities without mass effect in both hemispheres, and I have thinning of my Retinal nerve fiber, but I do not have any O bands in my spinal fluid.
I have lost 20 lbs in six months,loss of bowel control associated with diarrhea and constipation. I just had four colonic polyps ( one was 1.2 pre-malignant)removed and an erosive esophagus along with some endometriosis ( that's how they found my black and fatty liver).
I also have been diagnosed with asthma recently, but I have right ventricular
wall thickness, ejection fraction and septal motion.
I am a 5'8" 102lb 42 year old female
Any advice would be helpful and great fully

Sorry to hear about all these health issues you are dealing with.
I have read your query and understand your concerns.
Being positive about H63D mutation predisposes to hemochromatosis, so, a part of blood tests changes could be explained by this condition.
Brain white matter changes on MRI could be caused by Migraine too, besides MS, and, since there was no evidence of MS after cerebrospinal fluid examination, you shouldn't worry about MS.
All your health issues should be addressed one by one, in my opinion, among others that needs to be corrected first, should be your immune system status, by treating liver disfunction and increasing WBC count. This needs healthy eating and liver protection preparats such Silymarin.
Degenative spine disease, radiculopathy and scoliosis should be treated as well with NSAID drugs and physical therapy with the aim of strengthening vertebral column muscles and reducing vertebral joints loading.
Polyps and endometriosis if don't cause any symptoms, just need to be followed up periodically.
Cardiac issues together with asthma can be controlled by drugs also, but these conditions need further evaluation by respective specialists ( Cardiologist and Alergologist ).
Basically, healthy eating and living, exercise, symptoms treatment and regular medical follow up can improve at least partially, your quality of life.

Thank you for your kind words of concern, but I have seen Neurologists and i know that i do not have MS. I was looking more for a reaponse possibly from a hepatologist or hematologist. I received a sonogram of my liver and it indicates two benign hepatic cysts measuring 5mm in dimention and my commom bile duct measures .3 cm. is this a blood disorder that could be causing the leisions, weight loss and liver issues?

I also have Erythrocite photoprophoria, could that be a weight loss and blood issue? Along with all of my other symptoms?
