                                    Brief Answer:
Please elaborate
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. I would need you to elaborate upon the problem. The first thing I would need to ask is for the reason that made you seek medical attention or to get the tests done. The next thing to ask is whether you are an alcoholic and whether you have any specific symptoms. The third thing to ask is whether you are a diabetic and whether you are on any medication. I would also insist you to upload the full report.
The mentioned details seem to correspond to alcoholic liver disease but I would await your response. Let me know if I could help further.
Regards

                                    Brief Answer:
No need to worry
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. The increased echopattern indicates fatty deposition in liver. However, unless you are alcoholic or diabetic you have no reason to worry. You need not bother about it.

                                    Brief Answer:
Please upload the report
Detailed Answer:
Please let me know the location of your pain. Also upload the full report (as requested earlier). I need to look up the nature of the cysts. Simple liver cysts (fluid-filled cavities in the liver) can be source of significant pain but need no treatment. On the other hand, liver cysts may can also be due to serious underlying condition such as: Polycystic liver disease, an inherited disorder, Echinococcus infection, a parasitic infection or even Liver cancer. That is the reason for my seeking the full report.
