I have seen the attached reports.
They are normal except serum calcium levels which are low.

I am slim and 44kg weight, with 5'2" height and get stressed quite often so is there any thing that can be related to test reports. Please advise with details as few parameters are not in range. What precautions/food habits along with multivitamins are required take, i am taking protinex daily once in the morning with glass of milk.

The only matter of care is your low calcium status which can be compensated by taking good amount of milk and almonds daily.
Milk can be taken in any form like milk, curd, buttermilk and cottage cheese.
Along with this take adequate sun exposure of 10-15 minutes daily so as to have a source of vitamin D naturally.
But in case this all is nor possible then ypy can also take calcium supplements easily available in market along with whatever amount milk possible to take.
