Brief Answer:
Take ursodeoxycholic acid and Vitamin E and febuxostat
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back and sorry for delay. I have gone through all the reports you have uploaded.
Few thing are abnormal
1. USG abdomen showing fatty liver
2. Dyslipidemia- TG and cholesterol are increased
3. ALT is increased
4. Increased uric acid
Fatty liver and increased ALT has many cause like Hepatitis B, C, Metabolic disorders, NAFLD, alcohol intake etc. So I will suggest you to visit a Hepatologist for evaluation who will advise tests and then manage accordingly.
In you it appears to be due to XXXXXXX if you dont drink alcohol (Non alcoholic steatohepatitis). However still it is advisable to get tests for above mentioned cause.
Meanwhile there are few medicines which I found very useful in my patients are ursodeoxycholic acid and vitamin E.
Do regular exercise and reduce your weight if you are overweight, avoid alcohol if you drink.
For increased uric acid take tablet febuxostat 40mg bd for a month and recheck your uric acid level
I hope I have answered your query and this will help you . Wish you a good health
