Brief Answer:
very likely

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM.
Unfortunately, this is very likely to be cancer because it has some typical features of it and there are minor possiblities that this is tuberculosis or granumolatous inflammatory processes. The next which should be done, is bronchoscopy and biopsy/citology. This will clear this out for 100% and then treatemnt should be started with chemotherapy followed by lung resection. Wish you good health. Regards

Would this cause chronic fatigue and anxiety disorder? And what type of specialist would you be thinking should come next? I have just moved to this area. That was done in October and have just gotten oxygen, but not any answers or idea of any kind of treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Well,I am surprised because such findings requires hospitalization and further diagnostic tests to be done. You need to see pulmologist and thoracal surgeon so that treatment can be started which may include surgery as well. Wish you good health. Regards

Hi.

If you ask me, you should get bronchoscopy and PET scan done and this is enough to confirm diagnosis. Then treatment can be planned accordingly.
