Brief Answer:
Hello. The disease is not curable

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the details. So it appears to a case of progressive disease of pancreas post chemo and chemoradiation. As he had received both treatment modalities and the disease is still progressing, surgery wont be possible. Only option left is chemotherapy.
Sorry to say, but the survival will be low. Approximately, 8 to 10 mths.
Thanks and regards
