What Do These Following Lab Reports Indicate?

Question: Hi Doctor,
I have below symptoms
1) Loose/soft stools with very Bad smell and extra gas ( Fat )
2) extreme tiredness
3) Stomach Irritation/burning Inside ( Not pain )
4) Psoriasis symptoms ( Scalp Flakes and all )
5) Blurr vision and not getting words while speech ( Low memory )
6) Dark urine and Head aches.
7) Hungry after dinner sometimes.

I have HBV but HBV - DNA is very less

Please check and let me know if this is serious

I could not find any reports here, please attach them again.

You are suffering from acidity and indigestion most likely. This will explain the stomach, stool hunger, and tiredness symptoms.

The blurring and headache can be due to acidity too.
Low memory can be due to B-12 deficiency because of your indigestion because of which B-12 is not absorbed.

Dark urine can be due to concentrated urine or due to the intake of B complex tablets.

You have Psoriasis--can you please tell me what medication you are on for this?

So without the reports, I deduce you have chronic indigestion, acidity, and B-12 deficiency.
Please revert back so I can give my advice accordingly.

Psoriasis- I am not taking any medication now and symptoms are gone away as I am taking bone broth regularly

but ive noticed my eosinophil is high and this was also elevate when I check last year

Please look at the report and suggest .

Brief Answer:
B-12 is low, and stool shows pus cells and Red cells.

Detailed Answer: XXXXXXX your triglycerides are slightly high, your direct bilirubin is slightly raised, B-12 is low, and stool shows pus cells and Red cells.
The triglycerides do not matter much.
I was correct about you probably having low B12--leading to reduced memory.
Eosinophils being raised means an allergic tendency.
I would advise the following---
Take a chewable antacid wit MPS (methyl poly siloxane) 2 tablets three times a day.
Take a B-12 supplement.
Take Silymarin/Liv 52 twice a day for liver.
Get a stool culture and antibiotic sensitivity done to find out organism if any and correct antibiotic needed.
Repeat LFT after a week to see whether there is further deterioration.

Do I need to worry about Eosinophils ? I read that raising level is due to Lukemia/Cancer ( May be )
