Brief Answer:
Both line of management is acceptable...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

May I know what was your previous thyrox dosage?

Your report revealed higher free T3 as well as TPO value. Besides you also seem to have heat intolerance (whole body remains over heated). Heat intolerance is a sign of thyroid overactivity. In this circumstance both line of treatment - reduction in thyrox dose and stopping medication is acceptable.

What is more important is that TSH value is rechecked after a month or two. Further treatment should be modified subsequently based on TSH value.

At this point may I know your current / latest body weight? Do you have excessive sweating, anxiety or palpitation?

Regards
